Return Policy
We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery if the following conditions are met:
• The Appliance needs to be packed and sealed in its original carton with all the packaging materials and documents included. We are unable to accept appliance returns if the box/packing has been opened or tempered with in any form.
(So, if for whatever reason you are thinking of returning your item, please make sure at the time of delivery that the delivery crew does not open and unbox your appliance).
Note: A 15% restocking fee — plus the return shipping costs applies to all returns
Damaged Products: All of our shipments are 100% insured. Product(s) damaged during shipping are eligible for exchange at no charge to you if noted at time of delivery.
Upon delivery, inspect your product for damage. If the product is damaged, you have the option to refuse the delivery. We will contact you to schedule another delivery. Once an appliance is received (and damages were not noted), there are no returns. In most instances, damages can be easily resolved by replacing the dented or defective part with a brand-new part that can be shipped to you immediately. The required part will be sent, and a professional appliance technician will install it. (Depending on the specific circumstances we will also offer you a partial reimbursement if you could install it yourself).
Defective Products: All of our products include a one-year warranty by the manufacturer. If the appliance was installed and it is not working properly, our customer service staff can help you schedule a service-call with the manufacturer. In most cases, after troubleshooting your appliance, their trained technician will be able to adjust the setting and resolve the issue easily. If they deem your appliance faulty, you can be assured that the manufacturer will replace it quickly at no cost to you. NOTE: Most manufacturers require at least one service call by a manufacturer-authorized technician to diagnose the problem.
The Product Does Not Meet Your Needs: We are committed to your satisfaction, so we’re here to help you get it right the first time. Our website has all the facts and features clearly shown next to each appliance. Please make sure to review all the product descriptions, specifications, and dimensions prior to your purchase, so you can make the right decision and avoid any mistakes when making your purchase. The customer agrees to the terms and conditions published above when they place a completed order with our company. In addition, the customer authorizes their credit card company to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.
Price Match Policy
S&W's number one priority is customer service, and we strive to provide the best pricing available. If you find a lower price (that includes the price plus shipping, handling, delivery, sales tax and sometimes even rebates) on an identical in-stock item from another authorized dealer, simply contact our customer service team and we will do everything possible to meet or beat that price. Be ready to provide the competitor's details, including shipping, handling, sales tax, and delivery date in writing. S&W will only price match prior to shipping; once your order has shipped, we will not match a lower price. S&W's price match policy is not combinable with any other discounts. We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. Please contact S&W Appliances for all Price Match Policy inquiries.
Exclusions: S&W Appliances will not match competitors' specials or free offers, rebates, financing offers, clearance, or closeout prices, prices on used, damaged, returned, open box, or display merchandise, service contracts, installation, delivery, or assembly services.
Shipping Policy / Delivery Policy
Please be assured that your items will ship out as soon as possible from the date of purchase. If a special order is placed, please anticipate a longer delivery time. You will be notified once the item has been received in our warehouse. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
White Glove Delivery: This delivery method includes a two-man delivery of the appliance(s) to the room of your choice, includes unpacking and product placement of the item(s). This method does not include installation. Delivery includes one flight of stairs. There will be a $10 per floor charge for additional flights of stairs, per item.
Local Delivery: We offer White Glove, Threshold, and Curbside delivery in the majority of the greater NY City area, including the following counties:
• New York: Westchester County, Rockland County, Orange County, Nassau County, Suffolk County and the five boroughs of New York City (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, and Staten Island).
• New Jersey: Essex County, Union County, Hudson County, Bergen County, Passaic County, Somerset County.
Shipping & Handling Costs
Costs for these services will be determined at the time of purchase or shipment.
Sales Tax: Orders will be charged a tax rate that is determined based on where the delivery takes place.
